Shipping policy

Currently, we are on a minimum 2 week turnaround time for all custom orders, but during holidays or peak seasons that time could be increased.  Plan orders accordingly.

Shipping is usually done through Priority Mail with USPS, which means once your order is shipped from our studio, you should receive within 2-3 days.  Sometimes there are unexpected delays in USPS, in which we are not responsible for those delays in shipping once it haas left our facility.
